Gingerbread Cookie Kits Ingredients and Instructions


Gingerbread: Gluten-free flour blend (Rice flour, buckwheat flour, cornstarch, potato starch, xanthan gum), organic coconut oil, organic coconut sugar, organic blackstrap molasses, fancy molasses, organic chia seeds, organic ginger, organic cinnamon, organic cloves, baking soda, Himalayan sea salt.

Icing: Icing sugar, vegan meringue powder (sugar, aquafaba powder, corn starch, cream of tartar).

Candy: Skittles, Rockets, Scotch Mints, Smart Sweets (Swedish Fish, Peach Rings, Watermelons, Sour Blast Buddies), some packages contain Smart Sweets Bears and Gummy Worms, which contain gelatin.

These products were made in a kitchen that uses common allergens (wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, eggs and milk). While we cannot guarantee there was no cross-contamination, we have strict allergen practices are in place.


  1. Warm up the icing in your hands prior to use.

  2. Cut a small hole in the corner of the bag to allow the icing to come out.

  3. Squeeze a small amount of icing onto your gingerbread person and then place candies on the icing; alternatively, you may put some icing on each piece of candy and then stick it on your gingerbread person.

  4. Enjoy your cookie and candies!
